Soccer Uniforms                                                                               

U10 and up will need top purchase the official club jersey which includes:

High Five Globe Jersey Shirts - 1 home red jersey and 1 away white jersey

High Five Shorts - 1 short

High Five Socks - 1 pair of socks

There are options to have the uniforms shipped to your home for a shipping fee or "Store Delivery" to be picked up at the Urbandale store for no shipping charge.
